Tracking Process

The process of tracking and control of the product shipped in Tikay Global Fruits is carried out by our internal team, which is responsible for monitoring each shipment from its departure to its arrival at the final destination. We use tracking tools to ensure the correct delivery of fruits and vegetables, verifying in real time the status of the shipment and any eventuality that may arise during the journey.

Our staff also coordinates with logistics suppliers and customers to ensure that products arrive on time and in the agreed conditions. In the event of any setbacks, we take immediate action to resolve them. This tracking process is key to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring the quality of products through to their final destination.
